Life coachYour ally in the change process
Once you’ve discovered the opportunities that come with advancement, you’ll love change.
Love change?
This thought seemed unbearable to me when our little family fell apart. The pain was too great and the situation seemed hopeless. What an effort to tackle and get through the second state examination to become a teacher on my own with three children between the ages of two and fourteen.
Supported by my parents, the four of us coped with everyday life, there was no time to take a breath. Very often I was at the end of my tether and ended up in burnout.
I bemoaned my fate and got stuck in my victim role. I now know that there are much more efficient ways out of the crisis – a shortcut I would have loved to have taken if I had known it. The key to this is trust in the person who enables us to break new ground and see opportunities.
My world has expanded and in retrospect I am very happy about the initially involuntary changes.
About me
Being able to lead my life as freely and independently as possible was extremely important to me as a child. I’ve always been concerned with the question of why we humans behave the way we do, even if we have planned it differently. So what steers against it, restricts us?
We are pattern making machines; automatically running programs are extremely effective and relieve us in everyday life. We could consciously not control many complex processes at this high speed. We develop most of these programs in early childhood, so that some of them are long out of date and even annoying.
Knowing that we can track down and rewrite these was indescribably liberating for me. I am very grateful that with the method developed by Marisa Peer I now have another, extremely effective tool at my disposal with which I can help people who no longer want to accept these limitations in their lives.
You too have already taken the first step, you are already on the way to even greater self-determination, on which I am very happy to accompany you a little.
